Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

 

I have changed my mind, can I return a product and receive a refund?

Currently we are unable to accept returns, however please contact bahverse@gmail.com and the team will advise you on next steps.

There is an issue with my product or I have had the incorrect products arrive, what do I do?

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you used a credit card contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bahverse@gmail.com.

Price Adjustments 

Unfortunately we do not do price adjustments. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bahverse@gmail.com and send photos of the damaged or defective items to bahverse@gmail.com. In some case, you may be required to send back their defective or damaged items for exchange. 

Shea Butters 

Whipped Shea Butter are very temperature sensitive. During the summer months they are shipped with ice packs to prevent melting. Melted butters still retain all of their nutrients; it’s just the texture has changed. We are not responsible for melted Shea Butters and you can not exchange or be refunded for any melted Shea Butters. 

Returned Packages 

If a customer wants a returned package reshipped, they must contact bahverse@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is best to use USPS (United States Postal Service) to send back your item(s).
